Format Vista

Hi - I have vista on another computer. Unfortunately it had issues and now wont even boot into windows. I would like to format this computer and load a copy of XP I have - problem is I don't have any discs at all for it.

Is there a way I can format?

Welcome
Set the computer to boot from CD, then you should be able to format after it boots.

To format the PC you need a boot disc and to install the XP you need a disc containing Windows XP. Try downloading the XP and burn into a disc then start booting form it.
