I originally posted this Jan. 7, 2010 but there were zero replies. I admit I'm a glutton for punishment (after all I bought Vista Ultimate x64
) so I'm posting it again.
I'm trying to play FreeCell after Vista Ultimate x64 sp2 update and got this message:
C:\Windows\system32\gameux.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or
it contains an error.
Where can I get this gameux.dll that is designed for Windows and has no errors so that FreeCell will work?
Thanks.:D
Here's what I've tried since the original post.
0. the original error producing version (1,927,680 bytes)
1. the shadow copy (1,926,656 bytes) same error
2. an internet download version (1,686,016 bytes) not even the error window
3. a version that was in World of Warcraft folder (1,696,768 bytes) same error
