. The way it was explained to me is - if a router is down somewhere along the route you use to access the site you won't get it. Using another computer and getting through could mean it uses a different route to get to the site. You can start with your ISP and they may be able to help narrow down where the problem is. If possible I would also notify the site Admin so they are aware of the issue. Do you have problems with other sites or just this one? The problem I had was the Host was in North Carolina and the route I used to access it went through Texas. So there was no problem on the Host's side and none on my ISP but there was a company in Texas that had constant problems. I ended up switching to a Host in New Jersey and have not had a problem since. Even with this site I sometimes have trouble from my work PC but not my home getting the site to load. Also consider I am no expert at the internet, I'm just relaying what I was told at the time. Hope it helps out!
