Hello.
I've had a problem with my new lap top. I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium x64 on a 2.2Gh Dual core.
Every time I turn my lap top on, after it finishes loading all the stuff, all of a sudden explorer.exe cpu usage jumps to 40~50% and won't come down until I finish the process and start it again through task manager. This is really annoying since I have to do this everytime it starts...
I have read many threads about similar problems. Although none of the solutions have worked for me so far...
This is really driving me crazy. I don't know what to do anymore
.
Help PLEASE!

. I deleted shell and changed registry values with the explorer.reg that you gave me. Restarted comp and a few seconds later, bam! explorer.exe burning cpu again :/
lol... It displays two. CPU 0 and CPU 1
