HELP with webcam!!!!

I have a Packard Bell EasyNote MH45 and the webcam is built in.
I can use the webcam on msn, youtube, stuff like that, but I can't find it anywhere on my computer. No drivers, no icon, nothing. It's like it doesn't even exist.

Lately I've been having problems with recording on youtube, it will al of a sudden not let me record more than 15 seconds. I was adviced to check out my camera's settings.

Where can I find the camera? Where can I change the settings? How can I use it with a program on my computer?

mine is start> all programs>acer crystal eye webcam.... try typing "webcam" into the start search box..

Yeah, I have an HP laptop, and if I type any keyword in the search bar such as:

camera

webcam

video

The built in webcam application is displayed in the programs list.

I have searched for all words imaginable, and it only finds the file scanners and cameras, wich only contains a scanner program for some reason.
