can anyone help me please? when i turned on my laptopall i got was a blank screen and was asked to enter my microsoft product key was told its not valid went through the usual things to no avail .i can not get into my controll panel to do a restore i am stuck any ideas

Can you give us a little more info on your system please.

1. Manufacture Name...
2. Model number...
3. 32 bit or 64 bit...
4. whats the name of your anti-virus
Plus do you remember what you were doing the last time you used it, if so what..

If the above does not help. With your key number, activate again. If it fails, activate by phone. If that does not work a rep will come on the line. If your key is indeed valid, I can assure you that you will be activated
