I really need help!!!!

Okay i tryed restoring factory defults on my vista home baisc, my brother told me to press cancel so i did, once i turned on my computer, it said use a disk or something like that. I did then i tryed putting my code in the one to activate it right?

Then it says its missing a file called "install.wim"

I really need help fixing this if someone can that would be helpfull.cry:

Okay so this is what it says on my laptop:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.. To fix the problem:
1.insert your windows installation disk and restart your computer.

file: \windows\system32\winload.exe

status: 0xc000000f

The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.

I put in my disk everything, i put in my activation code, the it says install.wim is missing or corrupt how can i fix this problem when i cant download anything on my pc?
