Solved I'm not allowed to access a thread I responded to

I had responded to a thread by Polobob concerning a 10 minute boot time in Vista. I got a e-mail notification of a response. When I clicked on the link, I got a forum response that I do not have authorization to access that thread. I don't know where the thread is. Anyone know where it is and why I can't access it?
