Internet Connection Sharing

I am trying to enable internet connection sharing so I can share the internet on my computer with my ps3. When I go to enable internet connection sharing it comes up with an error saying "An error occurred while Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled. The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion." What do I need to do to fix this problem?

I started every single service it told me to & I still have the same error(error.jpg). I was reading on another site that I needed to have network discovery turned on. I also get an error when I try to turn it on(error2.jpg).

I ended up just doing a clean install of windows. Nothing else seemed to work. It works now. Thanks for the help.
