Internet Explorer

For some reason i can not get Internet Explorer to boot up when i click on the icon i get a brief moment when it looks like it is seaching for it but it never comes up any help or suggestions to get it to work greatly appreciated

Disable it. boot and then enable again. This is like a new install

Reset Explorer (for Vista too)

If that does not work try a clean boot

As a last resort you can try an alternative browser, Firfox and Chrome come to mind.
