java question

Right as I was installing todays java update that came out in my Norton firewall I see users/app data/local/temp/msib8e0.tmp targeting norton ccsvchst.exe. Could someone just tell me if this is normal to see when you install updates sometimes? Or did my java update come with malware? I also have multiple users/appdata/local/temp/jre6-u13-windows-1586-p-iftw.exe is preparing o access the internet. This is all happening around the time of the java update
