Hi there, i have a very big problem ...... i can't log into my profile on my laptop and its the administators account. I keep getting the message "the user profile service service failed the logon" user profile cannot be loaded"

I do have the password for the admin account and also a guest account on that laptop..........but i have read some stuff about how to delete it BUT i dont want to delete the profile as there is lots on it that YES i haven't backed up!!!!

Any help will be really helpful

congrats... you need to take the time now, and backup just in case!!!!!

Can you please tell me what you did to fix your problem, as I seem to have the same problem as you.
