Hi, I have got a new laptop about 2-3 months ago, I set a password to logon on. However two weeks after I got the laptop it said that the password was incorrect, but I also had facial recognition turned on at the time, a week later I turned facial recognition off, but also created a password recovery disk, a week after that, (so 2 weeks after the first problem) it said password incorrect, So I used the reset disk and reset the password. However today, 2 weeks after, the password was incorrect again.
Can anyone please tell me why the password keeps failing every 2 weeks, because its getting kinda annoying having to use the password reset disk all the time.
