What exactly do you mean by custom XP OS? XP is extremely outdated and should avoided.

My work uses Windows XP with some custom Sercurity applications, Outlook, VPN and items of this nature built in as to allow people who work from home and still gain access to there servers (who still operate on IE 7, IE 8 has been given employess problems).

So to make things easier, I was thinking of taking a older desktop I have and make it a Work only machine.

So I'm looking for a way to take the Custom OS I downloaded and make it Bootable from disk or even a USB flash drive.

Thanks

Customized operating systems are usually done by the company you work for. Have you contacted your employer's IT/Computer Help desk ?
