Solved Low disk space

I have an Acer Aspire 7730,
it has 2 memory areas,
1 is only used for backups which is very very unfilled
still has 49GB of 69.5GB
the hard drive that has everything on it
is also a 69.5GB
I have 9GB of music and less than a GB of pictures
so that's basically 10GB just to make it easier,
when I first got my laptop about 10GB was already used
I think that's probably just normal computer files and programs
so if I havn't added anything how can my laptop have gone from having
40GB to now 5GB if I havn't added anything?
and how do I get this 35GB of taken memory back
it's not backup files because these are stored on an entirely different partition of 69.5GB, all help is appreciated
thankyou :D

Just my opinion but i wouldnt recommend using cCleaner as it can destroy your pc. The two programmes i told you about and the two shortcuts i gave you are more than enough and iv never had any problems using them.

well your allowed your view on it

My Computer

Yeah each to there own i suppose. I dont use it as the registry cleaner has a habit of deleting files it shouldnt, like ones you need for boot up etc. I just think there are better and safer apps out there.
