Moving to Windows 7 now...

Hi guys,
Some people have noticed that I have an account on sevenforums, which I am going to be using a lot more often than in Vista, as I now have Seven Ultimate installed.
Just thought I would warn you and let you all know I had a great time with Vista forums!

Just because you're moving over to Windows 7 doesn't mean you have to abandon the Vista forum, you may still be able to help out here and you'll find a lot of the Sevenforums members spend time here as well.:D

Have to agree with Joan Lil Domii, you contribute a lot of valuable input.
It would be a shame for Vista Forums to lose that.
I have two tabs open on my browser & flick between both forums

Personally I'm in no rush to ditch Vista from my multi-boot and I also have it as a VM in Seven for simple questions.

i plan to install the same by weeks end. After forking out $$ for a better ATI card.
Kinda excited to see how it will be.

If I upgrade my computer then I will probably put 7 on it, I have an OEM version of Vista.
I will stay on both sites as the OS are so similar.

I have 2 PCs with Vista and 1 with 7 but I haven't joined SF yet because the image verification doesn't show and it won't let me proceed to register. I do prefer Vista though and only just joined here so I think these forums are enough for now.

Well... For the time being I have had no problems what so ever with Windows Vista.. It's been good to me, and I've been using it since 2007. I'm not good with change, but I will be upgrading to Win 7 as soon as they work out all the kinks. Trust me, the way I use my computer, I can break an OS in less than a week, and my current Vista instal has been going strong for a long time. You'd lol if you found out about my incident a while back, I managed to get a VIRUS on Ubuntu, and man did I have some fun with that

Just for all of you who wondered and call me "young man" (which makes me grow 2 inches taller) - I am 72 years old - last I looked. So most of the "little old ladies" are my age or younger. But in the local computer club (650 members), I am one of the youngsters - that's Florida.
