Solved My Cursor Has A Mind Of It's Own

Hello,

It's highlighting sentences blue without my command.
It's dragging items on its own.
When I click the up and down scanner arrows (on the side) it doesn't stop when I take my finger off.

Just posting this has been a nightmare as sentences turn blue and the cursor keeps moving.

About a week ago I had the advice to adjust the cursor settings which I did but it's still going crazy.

I have no idea what they are

I'll take a guess...they're the F keys at the top of the keyboard.
