Need help with BSOD's

Over the last several months my system had become unstable with multiple bsod's, particularly 0x24 ntfs.sys related. Decided to reformat boot drive (RAID 1 array) and reinstall OS. Did that 3 weeks ago and after a week of stable operation, the bsod's have returned. I have downloaded windbg and used it but am having trouble determining root cause and corrections. I have attached a .zip file containing the minidump files.

Hardware configuration is:

• Abit IP35 Pro mboard
• Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 step G0
• G. Skill 2x2GB F2-6400CL5D-4GBQ
• EVGA e-GeForce 8800GT KO 512MB
• Dell 2407WFP widescreen monitor
• Soundblaster X-Fi ExtremeGamer
• 2 x 250GB WD RE16 SATAII - Raid 1 - onboard Intel Raid
• 1 x 500GB Seagate ST3500630AS drive
• Samsung SH-S203B DVD drive
• Antec P182 Case PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610

I would upgrade your motherboard BIOS and get newer SATA drivers.

Just downloaded the updated Intel RAID and chipset drivers. Will install this weekend (after full backup) and see what happens. I am running the latest release version of the IP-35 Pro bios that supports the Q6600 (bios version 14). Bios version 16 and above have problems displaying the correct temperatures for the Q6600.

Bug Check 0x24:
The NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM bug check has a value of 0x00000024. This indicates a problem occurred in ntfs.sys, the driver file that allows the system to read and write to NTFS drives.

Cause

One possible cause of this bug check is disk corruption. Corruption in the NTFS file system or bad blocks (sectors) on the hard disk can induce this error. Corrupted SCSI and IDE drivers can also adversely affect the system's ability to read and write to disk, thus causing the error.
-Another possible cause is depletion of memory. If the nonpaged pool memory is completely depleted, this error can stop the system. However, during the indexing process, if the amount of available nonpaged pool memory is very low, another kernel-mode driver requiring nonpaged pool memory can also trigger this error.

Resolving the Problem

Check Event Viewer for error messages from SCSI and FASTFAT (System Log) or Autochk (Application Log) that might help pinpoint the device or driver that is causing the error. Try disabling any virus scanners, backup programs, or disk defragmenter tools that continually monitor the system. You should also run hardware diagnostics supplied by the system manufacturer. For details on these procedures, see the owner's manual for your computer. Run Chkdsk /f /r to detect and resolve any file system structural corruption. You must restart the system before the disk scan begins on a system partition.

To resolve a nonpaged pool memory depletion problem: Either add new physical memory to the computer (thus increasing the quantity of nonpaged pool memory available to the kernel)

Updated the Intel RAID driver and the chipset driver, stopped loading mozy backup (both of the 0x24 bsod's pointed to mozy.sys). Will continue to monitor system, but have not had a bsod since getting rid of mozy. On another forum, it was suggested to use a different a/v program (I am using Kaspersky Internet Suite 7.x). Will do that if the bsod's return.
