Solved need help with my password

hi.i just don't know what i happen this morning but when i click on my window mail i get the popup asking me my user name and pass .never done any thing to it .fisrt time i get a problem with my window mail
i know my user name but not my pass word .
any one know how to recover my pass word .

If the password reset does not work, I think that your password is the same as it is with other Windows Live Essentials software; if you use any

in vista i use window mail .in window 7 i use window live .
now my problem is in vista [window mail]

Sorry, I misunderstood, see if this helps it sounds like it should be what ever it is that your ISP gave you.

but why after all this time with no problem and bang that it .
how the do you want some one to remember the pass word .
now i do i a print copy with a pass word on it that i put down a long time ago .
i did type it but it did not work .
so i will call them today some time .

got it fix .i did call my internet subplyer .what a joke .[bell] they put me on hold .then bang the line cut off .very nice of them .
after that you listen to the tape for about 5 minutes to findly shoose the key to your problem to talk to some one .
but any way this morning before i contact you guy i had put a pass word .the one that i use for all my work .it did not work then .so i did try it a few minutes ago and now it is working .why i have no clue .
i did to e-mail in my send box .they went out .
so i did send my self a e-mail no problem .
so i guess it is solve for now .
i was not really stock .all i had to do i use window 7 then use window live mail .
but i hate window 7 .
