I bought a new laptop with vista and didn't receive a cd with it. Now it won't boot up and the repair or backup won't work. Can i still get a cd to reinstall the product? How do I get a cd ?

There is a repair CD that you can use, Windows Vista Recovery Disc Download — The NeoSmart Files
Download from that site, but the file is an ISO file, and that means its a copy of a CD. So you need a blank CD and a ISO file buring software, there are many for free out there. I use ImgBurn. There is a tutorial here: Burning ISO Images to a CD or DVD - NeoSmart Technologies Wiki
Once you have that CD burned, start your computer and hold down F12, select boot from CD/DVD and after you select your language, there should be a button that says repair in the lower left

- Main Machine. Just upgraded my RAM to 8GB. Next task will be to get a new processor for this machine ( 9650 was for my secondary machine )
Email the manufacture and tell them you never got a chance to make a disk. I got mine sent for free with that excuse
