Solved no home page

hi everyone

i have lost my homepage which is MSN. when i turn on internet i am getting this, how do i get my homepage back.

I think this is a job for ccleaner. Give it a try.
Before you run it go to the cookie section of cleaner and put the msn cookies in the delete section..
Boot the computer and give it a try.
Also, try step 2 and 3
Internet Explorer - Reset
Cal, many years ago before I even heard of the Vista Forums and knew nothing about computers, I had the same problem with MSN. I was able to resolve it temporarily by clearing the cookies, but then the problem would return. Hope we can do better this time.
Also go to IE tools, top of the page and check compatibilty view and then boot, see if that helps

got home page back using ccleaner, tried step 1 in IE reset and got this, is this right.

If it works with ccleaner, no need to do anything else.
Yes, you did the addons correctly. What will happen,now, is that you will want to go to some webpage or click on a link and you wll get a pop up saying that you need some addon, you can say yes.
