No sounds after an update. Help x_x

So I just updated Vista on my machine, and after it finished updating, and restarting, my sound was gone.
And every time I try to turn up the volume it says "No Audio Output Device Is Installed".
But it was working before the update. D=
HELP.

PC: HP Pavilion dv 6000 (GM006UA#ABL)
Other bits of information I also don't understand can be found here.
I have no idea what that means, but it might be handy information.
Help?
