Solved Not sure where to Post

Hello All
I am working on a Sony Vaio vgn-nr 260e. we think its a 32 bit
We were wondering how to set it to default factory settings.
I cant think where to do it and I am not used to windows now cause I am back to 1 computer and on linux.

Can anyone help us PLZ

If you still have your factory restore/recovery partition or discs, the link below at Sony can help show you how to do a factory restore of Vista. You would want to select the Restore Complete System option when you get to it.

Im Glad Its my Sister in Laws Laptop and we are sorting out alot of stuff. As Soon as we know it went well it will be marked as Solved
