Googling around I have found this to be a very common problem for vista users with nvidia drivers!
Classic symptoms; Screen blacks out for a few seconds then comes back with a balloon saying " Driver nvlddmkm has stopped responding and fully recovered "
Well it didnt exactly fully recover, my game is now laggy as hell and I have to restart my computer to make game fps smooth again.
At first i thought maybe my power supply wasn't giving enough juice... No because a 500 watt power supply with a dedicated 36v rail sand a head room of 200 watts to blow should really OC this card nothing flat but its this damn driver situation Is really really messing things up for me here! >: O
Exactly what can I do to possibly fix this? I run the card at stocked settings since the drivers throw a fit when i OC it. Iv let it run at stock settings ever since I got it but now that the driver is NOT working right even at stock settings is setting me off.
And i though I heard ATI drivers were the ones that had more problems, LOL; where in the world did i hear that?
