Partitioning a Flash Drive

Any ideas on software I can use. I was given some help yesterday by nso5300 with a good encryption program. But now I want to split my Newegg.com - OCZ Diesel 16GB Single Channel Flash Drive (USB2.0 Portable) Model OCZUSBDSL16G - USB Flash Drives into two partitions. I have tried to use a program, called "BootIt", and that doesn't appear to be working.

Can anyone help please?

Nevermind, I figured it out myself. I went to OCZ's official website, and under the downloads section they have a program you can download specifically for their flash drives (unsure if it is meant solely for the "Diesel" brands or Flash Drives in general). It's a lock program that will VERY easily allow you to adjust a slider to split into two partitions. One partition is automatically marked "secure", the other is "public". The lock program will also automatically place a version of the lock.exe file into the public file so you can access the secured partition with a PW you create yourself. I then used the TrueCrypt program that nso5300 had suggested I use. It is just going to take 2hrs to create the 3.5gb encrypted directory on the stick... lol
