password problem

hello there.i have a problem,i can't see the option"create password" in my account when i go to protect my account with a password.what is wrong?, i don't understand.
please help me with this..............

Just to be clear, are you going to the control panel, then user accounts, then to your active account and clicking on "create password"?

If not, do the following;

1. Click on the start button.

2. Click on "control panel" on the ride side of the start menu.

3. Scroll down to "user accounts" and click on user accounts.

4. Highlight your active account if you have more than one.

5. Click on "create a password for your account" to the left of your user account picture.

6. Enter password.
