HI,
I have two user accounts on my windows vista laptop one which is an adminastrator account and one which is an normal user account i have frogotten my password for my adminastor account i have set up a password reset disk and i have gone through all of the steps on there and when i am on my last step it says "an error has occured while the wizard was attempting to set the password for this user account" please could someone help me on what to do.
