Hello,
Well I Formated my HD and installed Windows Vista Ultimate... But the installation prosses Was Very Slow...and when it finished, the system was So slow, that you cant do anything.. and i tried that with new Hard Drive that i just bought but the same thing happens.. Also i tried to install windows Xp and the Same thing there... But when i boot in Safe mode it Goes A little Bit faster , So What maybe the Reason that Happens that ???

Before the Format all was great except that i have this blue screen errors...

well, usually the notification you get points to an irq problem. There's many ways to try to solve it, but the easiest would be to check all your PC cards first (graphics card, soundcard if you have it, etc).
However, as you seem to have a laptop, everything I just wrote (and have now deleted again) isn't really of any use to you. You have an IRQ conflict, or incorrect drivers installed.

Before reinstalling windows again, which really might be the easiest thing to to, apart from sending the laptop back to Dell, or simply calling them about this problem, is downloading all the correct drivers from Dell and installing them.
If installing them doesn't do the trick, you might try doing it again after reinstalling windows, and before runing windows update.

If that doesn't work, then you're going to have a long search ahead of you trying to find where the irq conflict is. Usually this kind of problem occurs when two internal devices try to use the same IRQ address at the same time. This can be a driver issue, but can sometimes also be a failing hardware issue. Usually it is a driver issue though, and I have personally noticed it is often a problem of a network card. Obviously, you don't have a network card, as it is integrated on your motherboard. So we might have to look for different options. You may be able to look in your BIOS to see if two devices are set up to use the same IRQ there. If so, then you might need to do something about that.

Well First of all the Problem isnt at my Laptop.. :/ but at my other PC... But Before the Reinstall the Windows was running Good And after the Windows is running BUT At very slow speed And Responding or loading After A lot of Time... When i turn on my pc its takes about 10-15 minutes to Load to windows What It may Caused by??? ( I have Bought new Hard Drive As i Mentioned and installed windows again But the same ... )

oh ok, if it's your regular PC, it might be something which is easier to fix. Though it is still probably a driver problem. So please, go to the manufacturer website of every part in your computer (motherboard, graphics card, sound card, network card, raid controller, etc) and get their drivers. install them.

First though, open up your computer.
With installing this new hard drive, you may have knocked loose a few connections in your computer. Yes, it might really be that simple.
Start with your hard drive. If it is sata, take out the power cable and the red data cable, and put them back in, and make sure you press them in firmly. Do the same with the red data cable on your motherboard (and any other red data cables on your motherboard.)
Then, take out any expansion cards on your motherboard such as graphics cards, soundcards, etc, and put them back in. For anything but the graphics card, it would be good to see if it's possible to see if they can go in a different slot.
if you see any other cables connected anywhere, press them down to make sure they are well connected.

Also, you put in a new HD. Was windows on the old HD? and did you leave the old HD in there? if so, try to disable the HD and try the computer then (disable the old HD I mean). Now.... don't do all of this at once, first try what I said above, if that doesn't help, try the hard drive thing.

If neither of these things work (drivers, hardware, hard drive) then you are going to have to look for the IRQ conflict.... and that is a tough thing to do.

Well Thanks For the Quick Reply!
But The Reason i Bought the new hard drive was that i thought the old one had a Problem and that causes the Slow Reaction of the System... But in the new Hard Drive The same Things Happens... i also tried the old hard drive in other PC and as a slave and i can Open it withou any problem so the problem isnt in Hard Drive But Somewhere else...and what drivers do you mean to check if its a newly installed operating system ( Without any drivers and any Programs installed) and it is responding very slow as it ist used to do that the Last time i Reinstalled the Windows... So i Believe that something happed in the Hardware or something In BIOS?? May That be the Reason ?? ( I will Check the connection of all the hardware again and will reply you Soon)

Listen.... stop stressing, and stop panicking.

Installing the drivers may solve the problem. Sometimes the IRQs are assigned, and installing the correct drivers can solve any conflicts you may have. Thinking that no drivers are installed after a clean install of windows is not correct. There are always drivers installed, it's just that windows installs the drivers it thinks you should have (or generic drivers) if you don't tell it to do something else. By giving it another driver, you are overriding the driver windows has installed by itself.

The fact that your windows install was very slow, I would say that either your hardware is a bit wonky (which could simply mean you have a loose connection somewhere) or that windows took a very long time to search for the correct hardware and drivers and in the end couldn't find it.

So, do what I said, check both the hardware (connections), and download drivers for everything and install them. Then check to see if you still have the problem.

The error codes on your screen say that it may be any number of things by the way.... from faulty ram, to a damaged CPU to a bad driver, problems with your bios or even trying to install windows on a computer with more than 3 GB.
So, if your computer has more than 3GB of ram....try reducing the RAM! see if that helps...

Anthony, it's not clear from your post whether the bluescreens were something that stopped once you reinstalled. It is also unclear whether you've installed any non-default software before gauging system speed.

If running in safe mode is a lot faster, that means you've got something loading in normal mode (but not safe mode) which is slowing things down. The key to safe mode troubleshooting is to zero in on the key difference which is causing a particular problem in normal mode. There are many ways to do that, but one of the best nowadays is to download "Autoruns" from Microsoft and to use that utility to selectively enable/disable non-default software on your machine until you find the cause.

To the other poster who mentioned "IRQ conflicts", don't confuse IRQ with IRQL, even if 3 out of the 4 letters are the same

IRQL is an "interrupt request level" - a number from 0 to 31 which Windows uses internally to govern kernel-mode prioritisation of tasks. There is a rule which says that when the IRQL is 2 or above, only "resident" memory can be accessed - attempting to touch paged out or invalid memory is an error condition. That's what the common IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL stop code means: something tried to work with memory which was either invalid or paged out to disk while IRQL was >=2. It's usually a bad driver passing invalid memory references, but it can also be faulty hardware.

Well I did all Check with connection that day24 said,and also removed the battery for a while , but after i have another error saying CMOS checksum errors. With A little Searching i Found this...

Explanation: A checksum is computed as an error-detecting code, to protect the BIOS settings stored in the CMOS memory. Each time the system is booted this number is recomputed and checked against the stored value. If they do not match, an [COLOR=blue ! important][COLOR=blue ! important]error [COLOR=blue ! important]message[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] is generated to tell you that the CMOS memory contents may have been corrupted and therefore some settings may be wrong. BIOSes react in different ways to encountering this sort of error. Some will warn the user and then continue on with whatever settings were in the CMOS. Others will assume that the settings that were in the CMOS were corrupted and will load default values stored in the BIOS chip "for safety reasons". The error message will indicate which your system is doing.
Diagnosis: The most common cause of checksum errors in CMOS is a battery that is losing power. Viruses can also affect CMOS settings, and motherboard problems can also affect the stored values.
Recommendation: Follow the instructions in this section to address the CMOS corruption. You should make sure that all of the BIOS settings in the system are correct, by rebooting the system, going into BIOS setup and double-checking all the values (hopefully against a recent BIOS settings backup).

And Trying to Restore to Default Settings. :S

Well Restored to default Settings.. Then Got into the Bios and Restore to optimal Settings and after that searched a little the bios settings, and tried to disable the Onboard Sound Card and the OnBoard Ethernet Card (the Lan ... ) ,saved and restarted. And Windows started at the Normal Speed,also tried to renable the Sound Card and Again all was Runnig Great. So the Problem Maybe in The Ethernet Card. ( But Dont want to Renable it to see if its the Reason of so slow speed :P )

Well, you might as well re-enable the ehternet card as well though. And see if that causes problems. I think that if you download the correct drivers for your chipset/motherboard, that you should have your problem fixed anyways, even if it is the onboard lan....

But great to hear that your problem is now solved!
