please help me!

iam using a customised windows vista ultimate sp-2,so the problem iam facing is that after installing the windows the time format as well as the right click menu on desktop shows arabic language, so i changed the language to english in the control panel> language and clock settings .the settings which i have changed are as follows:-

1)format-english(united states
2)location-united states
3)keyboard and languages to united states english there was arabic as well which i removed.
4)administrative-english (united states)

now the problem i face is that after changing all the settings to english as mentioned above ,when i right click on the desktop all the option are showing question marks? please help me!

When you say customized Vista, what exactly do you mean?

Was that with v-lite?

iam not sure but if components are removed then surely maybe vlite.

Sounds like you may have a corrupted installation and/or installation disk.
