Everything was working find then all of a sudden the receive light on the modem stopped flashing. Can anyone help please I can't connect to the Internet. Thanks!

Hello scotty!

First step is always a reboot: Turn off computer, turn off modem (up plug the power if there is no switch), wait 10 seconds, turn on the modem, and last turn on the computer. If a reboot does not restore connection, call your service provider so they can check the line coming into your location.
