Solved Please help??

I cut all of the files (only the ones that weren't hidden) in Computer/HP (C/Users/My Profile and pasted them in a new folder with a different name, and as you can probably guess, it completely messed up just about everything. I tried to return the files to the original My Profile folder, but they are not doing so. I'm stuck with the window that says "Moving 1 item (2.02 MB)", but the Speed says "0 bytes/sec" so I think that the files aren't going to go back in the folder. Any and all help with this would be greatly appreciated

Hello Psyctopus, and welcome to Vista Forums.

You might see if you may be able to create a new administrator account, log in to it, and see if you may be able to copy the files back into the other user account while logged into the new one.

I restarted the computer and tried again, and it worked. It's all good now. Thank you, though
