problem with validating windows

can anyone help? i keep getting unauthorised changes messages and a link to fix it but i keep getting asked to validate windows when i do it it says its not a genuine copy of windows.it is pre installed and we have the computer for over 2 years and its only started to do it over the past few days help

Sorry that you are having problems
Go to the computer icon on the desktop. Right click and go to properties. Do you see the Microsoft Validation emblem in the lower right?
If it is not there you must call Microsoft and explain the problem to them. The best way is to try to validate by phone.

Go to search by the go button, type
icons
Go to show common desktop icons and tick computer.

Sorry that it has not worked out so far.
Go to search type cmd
In cmd type
slmgr /dlv
It will take about 15 seconds to see the results. Toward the bottom license status.

Since you have an OEM version of Windows (came preinstalled) you will have to contact the computer manufacturer, in lieu of Microsoft, with the results of your verification, if you are not licensed.

But lets get the results before we go there.

Run a full anti virus scan make sure its updated.
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes.
This could be a way of trying to give you malware or worse.
