Problem with WMP

Hi, well my boyfriend has a bit of a problem with his WMP. Yesturday it worked fine, but today he can't seem to open any music from the music folder. It should be simple, just to touble-click on the speciffic song but it doesent work. Does anybody have an idea what the problem could be?

I think that it might be better to make things right with a system restore, rather than guess and take the time to ascertain the actual cause of the problem
