If DEP is stopping a Windows program from running there must be a fault with it.

Same advice I gave someone earlier also applies to you.

I would first do a system file check.

Then you can view any error messages and see what they mean from this Microsoft site.

If errors are found run the test again as it sometimes takes about 3 passes to get it all fixed. Sometimes even that fails to repair it but post back with results and we will take it from there.
