...it was stated that "folders can't be read-only". I'm using Netbeans as my IDE for development. I tried to create a file there. At the bottom of the dialog box for creating a file it says, "The target folder is read-only." and the "Finish" button is grayed-out so it won't let me create the file.
Any thoughts?
