ACDCFAN is right. we can do alot more with the dump file. In case you dont know its in the c:\windows\minidump directory. PLease zip the dump (*.dmp) and upload it to us using the attachment icon which is shaped like a paperclip in the reply form.

Update or remove this driver and the crashes should stop:

A web search suggests that's some sort of Creative webcam driver. It's location on your system is listed in my previous post, but you shouldn't try to merely delete that file. Instead, I'd suggest checking whether Creative has made available any updated versions of the camera's software, hopefully including that driver. If there are no updates, you may wish to completely uninstall the camera app plus that driver.

9 dump files...
I will get back to you with problems
First mini dump will be attached to this post and it goes something like this

First mini dump marked 220309-01 piont to OA001.vid system files. It has something to do with video capture with web cam or camera... Do you have something similar?

Second mini dump 041909-01 points to same file as above
Third mini dump file 042009-01 points to same file as first and second.
Fourth 100309-01 point to same file as previous ones.....
Fifth one 100509-01 same file
Sixth one 100709-01 same file
Seventh one 100809-01 same file
Eight one 101109-01 same file
Ninth one 101209-01 same file

They all have same bug check 0xA and it has to do with drivers. You must have Dell laptop

And all carry this message Some register values may be zeroed or incorrect. All of the have same bug check error....

So it all point to the driver of a web cam of some sort, as H2SO4 pointed out.
