Solved Regarding A bug or Virus(not sure) and Performance

Hey guys,This is ibulletproof.I m kinda new to this website.So, was wondering that you could help me out.
Ok,So here we go.
So,The problem starts here.When I Start my computer and download,surf the net and make changes in the computer.These changes are only made temporary,till i shut down my computer.The next time i start my computer all the history,downloads and the changes made by me are not there.Even the recently installed Software are not present.
I think this might be caused by a software called Deep freeze.Which i tried uninstalling,but it didnt.And this bug or virus makes my computer slower than a snail.
I tried many virus scans with different anti viruses.Should i Format my pc or not?Will this solve the problem?
So,Plz i need quick reply's on this.Plz share Your advices and solutions.

This article says you need to disable Deep Freeze before uninstalling it. However, it assumes that you installed it.

How you can uninstall Deep Freeze
