Its actually more of a specific attack that was developed to be completely anonomous. I actually watched a program on this worm last night, and it was purposely built to go only after this facilities centrifuges.

It was released in 2010, with the knowledge that eventually every computer gets comprimised, and it just waited. It also will completely delete itself from every system in 2012.

Very sneaky.. Its though, from hints in the code, its Isralie and US developed as an attack.
