Screensaver Issues

I recently downloaded the mac flurry screensaver clone for my PC, I did all the required steps to install the screensaver and it works, but its insanely slow. I tried different rendering options, but none of them make the screensaver run smoother. I have an Acer Aspire 5570z and all the rest of my pre-installed screensavers work perfectly, I just really wish this one did as well. Can someone help me please....?

those screensaver tends to lower the speed of your machine..as the other ones are integrated in your windows.. but the downloaded ones run as a seperate application you can see them running if you go task manager and see how much KBs they are consuming.. vista unables you to put picture slides or other slides as screen saver which works really well.. try those..
Its only recommendation provided no solution...

you could always max out your hardware acceleration in display properties>advanced. or alternatively set the process to run higher than normal (you would have to change this everytime you wanted to run your screensaver, unless you had a script)
