Security Tool!?! o_o

ummmm well i need help seriously with this problem.
its affected the guest account on my desktop and i tried in sites and still fails.
desktop hides, cant access my antivirus,cant get to task manager and things like that. waht can i do?

Can you please post back with details of just what is happening to your machine.
You haven't filled out your System Specs so the experts don't have any idea of the make or model machine you are talking about you haven't given us any particulars about exactly what is happening and when, do you get any error messages if so what are they ?

Please post back with as much information as you can, make and model machine, exactly what OS it is running and what security programs you are using.
When the experts have this information someone will be sure to help you, and Welcome to the forum.

well i been hearing that if u download files from anysite, chances are that its possible you downloat "security tools" which is a fake anti virus that will really jack up your computer. it did damage alread on the guest account.
i cant really be descriptive but if u can google security tools virus, u will understand what i am trying to say. and this one is a harsh virus too. i guess a hacker trying to destroy my computer but failing to do so...cant open cmd promt, safe boot fails to try to delete the fake program/keylogger/virus or whatever this thing is. cant open control panel, cant open certain programs, cant download anything, cant open task manager, cant delete some files related to the virus. i tried resources like youtube and google. nothing. there are programs to stop it but nothing can get it nor get out (meaning cant download anything to help get rid of it nor get anything out of it like transferring back up data to a external)

I'm no expert so don't take my word for it but if it was me and as you say you just can't do anything with the machine the safest thing would be to format and re-install, at least that way you should start clean.

Make sure though that you have an anti virus and firewall in place before going online, you can download them on the machine you are using to post here.
