my computer is running kinda slow lately and ive used Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware which didnt find anything and i also used norton antivirus 2009 can somebody help

I have been using a product called, " AutoMZ ".
I usually tune the operating system myself, but as I am new to Vista I looked around and came across the above. It also tunes the Internet which surprised me somewhat as I was led to believe that the Vista stack was dynamic as per Linux, however I noticed a marked uplift in both the comp and the Internet.

Well i have heard that norton doesnt run well on computers that have low hardware limits. What are your system specs looking like?

Also, what do you use this computer for mostly (ex. photoshop, music, basic tasks, work, email, ect)

This will help with a better diagnostic of your problem.

Oops sorry about that. I didnt think of looking.
Anyways, with Windows Home premium, you are only getting 3gb of your 8gb of ram actually working. I would suggest you upgrade to either windows vista ultimate with the system you have or even widows 7 ultimate.

I think these would really help your computer run at full speed.

ok well i am gettin the free upgrade kit for windows 7 so that wouldnt even help. it has to be the ultimate version?

I am not sure. And what is the free update kit? I have never heard of this.
