Smashed my ultimate box!!!!

Noo! My vista ultimate box/case flew apart when i tried to open it this morning! Trying to open it & the inside part flipped out & up about 2 metres & hit the wall, i probably did use a lot of force to open it, but who designs such crazy boxes anyway! Now the hinge is broke as well as having a massive crack in it. The dvds seem ok & spin up fine (luckily!) Do you think MS would send me a new box if i ring them?

I still don't know for sure how to open it. I just keep mess with it until it pop open.

Why not just buy a new DVD case for 10p
