Sound problem in Vista

Hi every1

i have a problem regarding voice in windows vista

whenever i call my friends through messenger and other programs

my friends can't hear my voice but i can hear their voices

i checked control panel sound device also device manager no problem at all there

even i restore but still i don't find the solution

plz help me
