Spooler problems

Spooler problem I have spent ages trying to resolve a problem with delayed printing on my epson stylus photo RX685 I am now advised it is probably a spooler problem which I need to resolve via microsoft can anyone advise how to go about this please I'm just going round in circles it seems

type
services
In services go to print spooler
Make sure it is set to on and automatic

If it is lets try a few tests
See how it works in a clean boot mode.
