I keep getting "this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I AM the system administrator. I try opening any links in programs or anythign and it jsut won't i jsut keep getting "this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I need some help if at all possible.

make sure you have all the rights as the admin does...and right click the file and click run as admin...see if it works...if not we'll go into more detail
