to record radio streams to HDD

radio sure - just type a station, call letter, style, state and it will search.
screamer - same thing. radio sure is better
spider player - you have to know the artist or song to search.


ALL will record right to HDD as an MP3

( however, any station I want is not allowed due to the station being blocked )

I use WMCapture which is actually a screen capture program, but I can set it to capture audio only. A program like that may be useable for your blocked stations.
