Solved TrustedInstaller deleted

Hey,
There were problems with TrustedInstaller on my device so I decided to delete it, not knowing how important it is. It's completely removed from the users list and from the services list (sorry for the bad English). It's still in the services file but it doesn't work.
It's very important to get help for me because I can't install any Windows-Update, I can't activate the Windows-Firewall or the Windows Defender!!

Please help!
