Ok here is the deal


I have a vista home and i really need to delete one of my user accounts and i need to know what will happen to the files i have on that account



please help

Hello Rcanicila, and welcome to Vista Forums.

The files that are stored in the C:\Users\(user-name) folders for that account will get deleted along with the user account. You should backup anything that you do not want to lose in them first.

Be sure that the account you delete is not your only administrator account.

i have an adminstrator account that has been used for quiet a long time like around 4-6 months.
i want to delete it but the delete option and the change the account type option is missing. what should i do? please help!!!!!!!!!

Hello Safiya, and welcome to Vista Forums.

If you are logged on to that account, then you will need to be logged into another administrator account if you would like to change or delete that account instead.
