Solved Various BSOD crashes after cleaning virus

I found a virus on my computers a few days ago that would redirect my google searches to a website called scour.com. I managed to get rid of the virus by using PC-Cillin (which I already had installed) and by installing Malware Bytes. Since cleaning the virus, my computer ALWAYS gives me the BSOD after I login to Windows and programs start opening up. It usually takes about 2-3 minutes before the blue screen appears, but it always happens. I am able to run safe mode, but I'm not sure how to fix the problem.

The BSOD errors I get are various, I've gotten both IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (no driver is listed) and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, as well as stop 0x000007e; stop 0x000008e, etc.

I am running Vista Home Premium 32bit on a Dell XPS
2.4 Ghz (Quad core)
4 GB RAM
120 GB HD
Vista came installed on the system, which I purchased new in mid-2008

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I appear to have fixed the error; removing the virus really messed up the registry, so I did a clean re-boot and totally removed the virus, then ran some registry fixes and the computer hasn't had a BSOD yet.
