Video card stoles 1 GB of my RAM!

It's not actually always using that ram. It only uses it when needed.

It looks like your graphics card driver has 'allocated' 1gb of your system ram for dedicated use by your graphics card.

If you run a lot of games, this is not a bad setup and I suggest not changing it.
If you run a lot of resource-eating applications that require a lot of memory feel free to change it.

!!IMPORTANT NOTICE!!:
only 64bit applications are able to use more than +-2gb of your system ram, same goes for games etc.

If you really dont like it however I suggest looking into your video card driver setup.
there should be an option there somewhere stating it has reallocated system memory for graphics usage.
